Born and raised in Wahiawa, Hawaii Nito Larioza grew up performing hula, Filipino dance and gymnastics. After graduating Pearl City high school, his versatile background as a dancer, martial artist, singer and actor has led to many diverse career opportunities driving him towards a successful path as a stunt performer and stunt/martial arts choreographer.

 

Each one of his successes has brought him to his latest career achievement as a personal trainer certified with PROPTA for 6 years.  His credits include Men In Black 3, (Superman) Man of Steel, (Batman) The Dark Knight Rises, G.I. JOE 2: The Rise of the Cobra, Hawaii Five O, Inception, Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland, James Cameron’s Avatar, Steven Spielberg’s Tintin and Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Iron Man, IPOD “Rolo” Campaign and the animatic fights for the movie Transformers.  Nito has choreographed X-Men 3: The Last Stand, Catwoman with Anne Fletcher for Halle Berry, and pop icon Madonna’s Drowned World Tour, which was Emmy nominated for Best Choreography in 2002.  He was also nominated for Best Fight in The Rundown starring The Rock, for the 2004 Taurus Stunt Awards and MTV Movie Awards.

 

Nito’s accomplishments have been numerous.  He has danced and/or choreographed for a virtual who’s who in the world of pop and R&B music including videos, touring and television appearances, the aforementioned Madonna, Michael Jackson, Big Time Rush, Imagination Movers, Jonas Bros, Fall Out Boy, P. Diddy, Nelly Furtado, Black Eyed Peas, Pussycat Dolls, Busta Rhymes, Ludacris, Method Man, Redman, Christina Aguilera, XZIBIT, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Wilmer Valderrama, Sylvester Stallone, Hilary Duff, Mark Wahlberg, Martin Lawrence, Carmen Electra, Nia Peeples, Damon Wayans, Coolio, TLC, Dru Hill, Reba McEntire, and the list goes on and on.  He has appeared on such prestigious shows as So You Think You Can Dance, Nickelodeon’s Kid’s Choice Awards, Grammy Awards, MTV Awards, American Music Awards, Country Music Awards, Soul Train and even as a reoccurring Dancing Ito on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

 

His credits extend into live shows as well.  Power Rangers, E3 Convention “Namco”, Armani Exchange, Nike, Adidas, Hi-Tech, Gold’s Gym, New Century, Cambiando, Bristol-Meyers, Sanofi, AMGEN, Baxter and Davol Pharmaceuticals.  Nito also won the grand prize for Star Search Urban Jamm and The 1st Annual Streetdance Competition Flipside/Style Elements.

 

But Nito’s talent doesn’t stop there. He was a founding member of Hawaii’s most celebrated Na Hoku Award winning boy-band, (TNG) The New Generation, which was signed to Warner Bros.  He also went on to help form 2000’s best selling pop group in Hawaii, Brownskin.  As he continues to trek through the entertainment industry one thing is certain, wherever Nito goes, excitement is sure to follow.
